"Al-Istithmar" magazine is an integrated project to serve investors, project owners, and innovators of great ideas in Lebanon and the Arab world.

2- “Istithmar” Technology Development Company, which is concerned with small technological ideas and projects, as it brings together people with great ideas and investors who are willing to venture into the world of technological applications in Lebanon and the Arab world. 3- “Istithmar” Services Company, which is concerned with clearing all transactions for establishing companies and projects and following up on them. It also provides administrative expertise, organization, and specialized administrative and accounting application programs that are appropriate for each company individually through a team of specialists in administrative programming. The company also works as a mediator for marketing and selling real estate through a traveling exhibition in the countries of expatriation, and another permanent one in Lebanon and through the website. It also organizes all types of conferences, celebrations, and seminars, and provides training services, as it has cooperative relations with the most prominent houses of expertise in Canada and America and uses them to serve its major clients. 4- Dar Al-Hadarat Al-Sharqiya Publishing House, which issues the magazine, and is also concerned with publishing technological programs and educational and training courses through a special printed and recorded technology that can be downloaded directly from our website.
The house also works with specialized writers to publish biographies of success legends in the world of finance and business to transfer their experiences to new generations and to immortalize their memory forever.
5- Permanent Real Estate Exhibition: It is an electronic, live and realistic exhibition for real estate projects where the latest real estate offers are displayed to the public using the latest electronic and direct marketing methods through a permanent real estate exhibition at the companys headquarters in Hamra Street in Beirut, as well as via social media and the mobile real estate exhibition in the countries of expatriation.
6- Arts Salon: It is the first electronic visual arts exhibition of its kind in the Arab world, where it combines the real display in the fourth dimension of the camera with electronic purchase directly from a distance between the artist and the buyer
